Originally hailing from Prestwich in Manchester, Samuel Holt holds a First-Class BSc(hons) degree in acupuncture from the University of Lincoln. He has also undertaken traditional Chinese and modern biomedical training and has extensive hands-on clinical experience treating patients of varying conditions, ages and somatotypes.
Samuel also has extensive clinical competency in other aspects of traditional Chinese medical therapy including Cupping, Tui Na Massage, Moxibustion, Plum Blossom Needling, Gua Sha, Electro-acupuncture and Auricular-acupuncture.
Samuel Holt is registered with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) which is the main governing body representing acupuncturists in the UK. Samuel Holt is also a 5th generation reflexologist, graduating from Bury academy in 2004 under the tutelage of the late Clive O’Hara. He is a member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists who are the UK's largest professional therapist association (www.fht.org.uk) and has considerable clinical experience in this therapy.
